Get Ready for Market
Identify what needs to be done to get the house ready for market from de-clutter (“clutter eats equity), to painting (our colorist), floor refinishing and repairs.
Work with you to develop a price (and marketing) strategy. Further, decide what maintenance and/or replacement may be necessary to come to market.
Our stager comes in to finalize the look of the house. Earlier if vacant house or one or more rooms need rental furniture.
Your photographs are your most important marketing tool and we use the best photographer for the house.
